Sweet Petite Confections was created by Michelle Lomelin, who left a 20-year career in fashion design to follow her passion for chocolate.  While Sweet Petite offers a wide array of chocolate indulgences such as bonbons, melt-a-ways, barks, salted caramels, custom chocolate business cards and ice cream – there is more.  Michelle offers chocolate making classes to families.  Michelle is perhaps the only chocolatier who designs chocolates as one might design a clothing line.  She chooses colors, prints, packaging and flavor profiles for each season and holiday and uses traditional fashion design processes, including a merchandising calendar, a marketing calendar and inspiration boards.
