Mignon is a family business that was established in Kharkov, Ukraine in 1910. In 2002 a third generation of chocolatiers, Joseph and Anoush Ter-Poghossians embraced the opportunity to introduce their unique brand of chocolates to Los Angeles. The current menu includes more than 60 flavors of chocolates and truffles with additional seasonal flavors. They offer a variety of chocolate bars, including cran-pistachio, Himalayan sea salt, mixed berry and pistachio-sesame. Mignon’s unique truffles include ginger with lime sea salt, Cuban mojito, chili pepper, tango mango and caramel with expresso sea salt.
