For years the John Kelly factory in Hollywood made incredible chocolates to be sold in finer stores all over the country. When people walked by and smelled the aroma of just-made truffle fudge, they started coming in asking for a sample – or if any was available for sale. So a store was opened to meet that demand. John Kelly began making gourmet chocolate fudge and turned it into an award-winning national brand. They now make 19 variations on that original recipe, which is called “truffle fudge”, along with an array of other products like walnut caramel clusters, molded chocolates, salted caramels and chocolate-dipped fruit. Some of John Kelly’s unique products include Semi-sweet Chocolate and Thai Coconut Curry with Curry Salt and Applewood Smoked Salted Caramels.
