Fluff Bake Bar’s founder, Rebecca Masson, is known around Houston as the Sugar Fairy or, on occasion, the Sugar Hooker. Rebecca’s chocolate creation, Veruca Salted Devil’s Food Cake, includes salted caramel buttercream, pretzel crunch and milk chocolate crumbles and is aptly named after one of Willy Wonka’s gluttonous patrons. Rebecca has received the Houston Culinary Award for best pastry chef and she was awarded the Best Ice Cream by H Texas Magazine.
