David Ramirez Chocolates places a high value on using the best ingredients available, sourced from across the world.  Their goal is to provide a superior product and create an immersive and memorable culinary experience.  All chocolate creations are made in-house daily.  They use only fair-trade chocolate imported from Europe, paired with organic Madagascar vanilla beans, fruit purees and high-quality liqueurs to produce a masterful selection of confections.  David Ramirez offers outstanding chocolates as well as carefully crafted macaroons. Some of David’s chocolate creations include almond brownie crunch, which includes a crunchy cookie layer topped with a creamy oreo cheesecake layer; hot fudge sundae, which consists of a sweet and creamy white chocolate ganache infused with vanilla beans and enrobed in dark chocolate; and peanut butter bacon, a sweet and crunchy filling made with caramelized bacon, white chocolate and peanut butter, encased in dark chocolate and sprinkled with caramelized bacon and peanut pieces.
