ChocoVivo is the creation of Patricia Wei. Patricia gave up her corporate gig as a CPA to combine two things that she truly enjoys – people and food. Since launching her business in 2009 and opening her shop in 2013, Patricia has sourced her beans from a single grower in Tabasco, Mexico. She then roasts the beans and grinds them herself. The beans are stone-ground like the Mayans and Aztecs did more than 2000 years ago. The café specializes in chocolate drinks using 65% to 100% cacao and either milk or water as a base – creating sipping chocolate to frozen hot chocolate. ChocoVivo offers a variety of chocolate bars, including unique bars like cherries, almonds and black peppercorns in 60% cacao, bulk cacao and powders, chocolate butter and ChocoPaloma Skincare products.
