How It Works
Mark Svejda, the Chocolate Savant, will host your event. Mark will share the fascinating history of chocolate, how chocolate is grown and how chocolate makers craft award-winning chocolate from scratch. Then Mark will guide you through the best part: an extensive chocolate tasting that will change the way you eat chocolate. Each session lasts about 1 ½ to 2 hours and includes a question-and-answer session. As a bonus, each participant will receive a copy of “How to Taste Chocolate Like a Savant”, which will teach you how to taste chocolate. The tasting concepts can be applied to many other foods in addition to chocolate.
